There are places

inside us where words

are useless

spaces where

only silence dwells.

Into these still, dark caverns

seekers tumble

sometimes

meeting unexpected faces

eyes wide

with invitation.

Quiet thrives in this vibrant

cave of feeling

where atrophied nouns

lay lifeless

& verbs dance

in mute celebration

translating

all that cannot be spoken.

What happens in

this language-less land

mortal hearts cannot

decode.

Consonants morph

into touch and taste

vowels erupt with emotion

all that had been forgotten

is retrieved

restored

to original grace

the beginning of

all life

all wisdom

all love
