I am rediscovering myself in my 40s and learning to align myself to the flow of nature. I spend as much time as possible out in nature grounding myself to mother earth who has been my main therapist, healer and comforter. Heide Goettner-Abendroth was born in Thuringia, Germany, in 1941, she is a mother and a grandmother. She earned her Ph.D. in philosophy of science at the University of Munich where she taught philosophy for ten years (1973-1983).
