Glenys Livingstone, Ph.D.Glenys Livingstone Ph.D. has over thirty-three years experience on a Goddess path, which has included diverse spiritualities and a scientific perspective, inner work as well as academic scholarship. Her studies have been in theology, ritual, archaeomythology, social ecology, psychology, sociology and education. Glenys received her M.A. in Systematic Theology and Philosophy from the Graduate Theological Union in Berkeley (1982).
Glenys is the author of PaGaian Cosmology: Re-inventing Earth-based Goddess Religion, which was an outcome of her doctoral work in Social Ecology from the University of Western Sydney (2003): the book is an unfolding of the three phases of the Triple Goddess as Creative Cosmological Dynamic, and the embodiment of Her in seasonal ceremony as a catalyst for personal and cultural change. Glenys is currently writing a new book, as a follow up, and teaches a year-long course ‘Celebrating Cosmogenesis‘ both on-line and on the ground at her place.
Glenys grew up in the country of Queensland Australia. She considers herself a student of the Poetry of the Universe. She is a celebrant of the seasonal rituals according to her place on the planet, and understands herself as a priestess of Gaia and in the tradition of her ancestral European roots, integrated with evolutionary perspective and Goddess scholarship.
